At UNL my focus was the study of the sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy of Cenomanian sandstone units in the Western Interior of North America with emphasis on the J Sandstone in the subsurface of Northwestern Nebraska and the Dakota Sandstone in outcrops around the Henry Mountains in southeastern Utah. My principal interests in geology are sedimentology and stratigraphy applied to hydrocarbon exploration and basin analysis.

Currently, I am a Staff Geologist at Core Laboratories, Houston, TX.
